If you are a recruitment consultant briefing a candidate prior to interview what information do you give them?  Obviously as much detail as possible about the job specification, background on the hiring manager, an overview of the culture, etc.  How about sending them a link to view your client's office webcam?  Maybe it'll give them a feel for the dress code, formality of the business and pace of activity.
