Budget Analysis for Recruiters

I've done a quick round up of articles looking at the effects of the budget on recruiters.  Firstly there is the RECs thoughts with comment from CEO Marcia Roberts.  Personnel Today publish a press release with a slightly more HR focussed take on the budget.  You can also read Gerald Morgan's blog post talking about the impact on IT Contractors.   

What none of these articles mention is the impact of the hike in tax on booze and fags.  Now excuse me for generalising here (I am an expert having attended numerous recruitment networking events) but I think that's what'll hit recruiters the hardest!
