Did you post your vacancies today?

A press release from Financialappointments.com says that research they have carried out shows that Monday is the peak day for people applying for a new job. 

After a pleasant weekend and with the horror of another full week in a job you hate, it's only natural to hit the job boards in search of something less mundane/more challenging. 

This bit of PR backs up what Joe Slavin said during his presentation at our last networking event.  Joe actually said that the best day to post job adverts is the Tuesday after New Year.  Don't take Joe literally now as I doubt your client will want to wait 10 more months to see the shortlist!.
