Don't Fear the Counter Offer

I thought I'd share this today.  It's "8 Reasons for Not Accepting a Counter Offer" from Mark Whitby's website. Mark is a "sales performance coach" who has written some really good articles we've used in the newsletter before.   

These tips should be on the tip of every recruiter's tongue for when the much dreaded counter offer rears it's ugly head.  In fact if you think a candidate is about to succumb why not just send the link to all eight tips!
