Jim's reading the blogs so you won’t have to

I think I've mentioned the delightful Jim Stroud before.  He's a US based "Searchologist" and so much more.  You can read all about him here.

He writes a superb blog which covers an enormous range of recruitment topics, and he shares some great recruitment tips. He also put together a page of recruitment blogs called The Day in Recruitment (it gave me the idea to create the UK Recruitment Blogs page).

However, what I wanted to mention in this post is his really useful weekly roundup called The Week in Recruiting.  He picks his "fab 15" blog posts from the week.  As you'd expect there is a lot of US focus (although this week he mentioned one of my posts) but I find it a useful catch up each Monday.
