National Online Recruitment Awards 2007 - Nominations

Nora2007Nominations for the National Online Recruitment Awards 2007 are underway.  The annual awards are hosted by Stephen O'Donnell of AlljobsUK.com and this is their 7th year. Nominations close on the 21st September for the ten categories:

1. Best General Jobsite
2. Best Specialist Jobsite
3. Best Regional Jobsite
4. Best National Recruitment Agency Website
5. Best Small Recruitment Agency Website (3 branches or less)
6. Best National Employer’s Website (recruitment)
7. Best Online Recruitment Section by a Consumer Publication
8. Best Online Recruitment Section by a Trade Publication
9. Best Employment Advice Website
10. Best Innovation in Online Recruitment

The finalists will be announced on the 24th September. Then the judging begins.  It'll be my sixth year as a judge on the panel, which this year Stephen has added to.  The new judges are Tom Atkinson of Cash Simply, DeeDee Doke of Recruiter, Isabel Kay of Cadbury Schweppes and Ann Swain of ATSCo (us regulars are Stephen O'Donnell, Don McIntosh of RecruitActive and Dan McGuire of Broadbean).

The winners will be revealed on Monday 29th October.  Another new addition this year is an actual put-it-on-your-mantelpiece award which Stephen is currently having designed.  Maybe by 2010 there'll be a glitzy awards ceremony too with Jonathan Ross presenting!

So, if you want to nominate a job board, recruitment agency, corporate website, publication or an innovation in online recruitment you can do it here (you can even nominate your own company).

Hi there,

I entered our job board into a couple of the categories but we are small and niche so won't get anything like the nominations of the general boards or even more established niche sites.

However, we are doing something really different and it's working for our users and our advertisers, will our site still get considered?

Thanks Louise =)
