Protecting your NetRep

A couple of other recruitment bloggers, Tim and Sarah, have already mentioned the Youtube film created by Viadeo.  It's a warning of the dangers to candidates of not looking after their NetRep - specifically in relation to Facebook.  It's something I've talked about a bit previously (most recently here). 

The Viadeo film is quite nicely done (although it reminded me of an advert for the WKD alcopop from about a year ago) and of course the message is very relevant right now.

On Youtube I also came across this sensationalist BBC news item entitled "Facebook: Harmless Fun or Scarily Addictive?"  I love the quote "this is the crack cocaine of the workplace".
