Adding Value via your Job Board

Microphone

Mike Taylor who runs DigitalMediaJobs.com and OnlineMarketingJobs.com has recently added some job seeker audio interviews to his sites.  They are entitled "How To Get The Best From Using A Recruitment Consultancy To Find A Job In Digital Media."  Basically they aim to help job seekers get the best from using a Recruitment Consultancy to find a job in the digital media and online marketing industries.

It's a great idea as Mike points out "When you look at the majority of job sites the largest percentage of advertisers are Recruitment Consultancies. However, some job seekers have never used a Recruitment Consultancy before and are unsure about the process and how to maximise their chances of success."

The interviews aren't just about how to deal with an agency; they talk about where the current opportunities are within the digital media and online marketing industries. They give suggestions on how to make your CV stand out and how to prepare for an interview.

In the crowded job board market this is a superb shot at differentiation.
