Me talking about Social Networking and Recruitment (again!)

Podcasting

Someone said to me the other day that social networking has been "done to death".  I definitely disagree!  I'd like to think that the reason we can't stop talking about social networking is because it's worth talking about all the opportunities it opens up to recruiters.

Someone else who obviously agrees with me is Duncan Gotobed of Top Briefings.  He interviewed me last week for his podcast series at "The Passionate People Podcast".  He asked me questions about how important social networking is for recruitment, does it matter what people say on Facebook, should you try to build a large LinkedIn network and what does the future hold for recruiting talented people online.  If you want to hear my answers pop over to his site (if I sound odder than normal it's because I had a really rough cold that week - which was actually great news as I normally think I sound squeaky when recorded).

While you are on his site you should check out some of the other podcasts.
