The Seven Deadly Sins and How to Use Them in Recruitment

Sins

We recently ran a series of bite size articles in the newsletter exploring the seven deadly sins and how they can relate to the recruitment process.  Dan Atkinson (Director of Accite Executive Research) explored how a recruiter can play to the weaknesses (or "sins") of the candidate to engage them in the particular recruitment assignment.

It's been a great series so I thought it would useful to provide one reference point to all the articles.  Here they are:

  1. Lust
  2. Gluttony
  3. Greed
  4. Sloth
  5. Wrath
  6. Envy
  7. Pride

PS - have you voted in our un-offical Recruitment Personality of the Year Awards yet?
