I had a note from Bill Vick (via Twitter) the other day saying that he has relaunched XtremeRecruiting as a Videocasting Web site and that he is looking for super star recruiters or technologists to interview via Skype video.
He would love to chat with some of the people who for the "UK Recruiter Community" so I said I'd pass the word around.

Online interviewing and video CVs has got to be the next thing for recruitment. I think it would help HR teams immensely to sift out the good and bad and reduce recruitment costs.

Traffic is growing at a rate of 10% per day. We have just launched a new recruiting group on www.RecruitingBlogs.com for XtremeRecruiting.tv and are featuring a Question of the week for recruiters. The best answer receives an Apple iPod with my audiobook Big Biller on it. The book has over 10 hours of interviews with million dollar recruiters documenting how they work and what they do. Great resource!
Love to interview some of the UK super stars that I know are out there.
