Expert Interview with Luke at Google

I recently mentioned the new series of "Expert Audio Interviews" launched by Mike Taylor of Web Based Recruitment.  He started with Dan McGuire (of Broadbean Technology) in mid May and this week added an interview with Luke McKend of Google. 

Luke's interview is worth listening too.  He talks about how recruiters can get the best from their careers web sites, how to run and measure effective search marketing campaigns, how social networking can work in online recruitment and how he sees online recruitment developing in the next five years.

Earlier this week I did an interview with Mike for the series - so if I don't sound too squeaky I'll blog about it once it's up on Mike's site.
