One of my contacts on LinkedIn is finishing off his full time MSc at Nottingham University in Work and Organisational Psychology. He's about to start his research project and has asked for some help.
His research project is in the area of Career Preference and Organisational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). He is particularly interested in the issues of how individual behaviour promotes the effective functioning of the organisation.
