Hi Louise,

Thank you for taking time to review the book.

There are a lot of people in the UK who have never used the Internet before to look for a job and that is who is the book is targeted at.

Social and business networking is certainly gaining in popularity but from the cross section of people we talked to when researching the book they hadn’t even grasped the basics of how and where to find a job online and the majority of them had never heard of sites like LinkedIn and Twitter.

What I learnt from writing the book was that as I work with the Internet and Recruitment day in day out it was easy to assume that everyone had a least a basic knowledge about looking online for a job. However, that was not the case.

Although there is information freely available across the Internet sometimes there can be too much information which can lead to confusion. The book aims to save people hours of their time by putting enough relevant information into a concise format so that people can read it and take action straight away.

Price is always an interesting subject. For someone who starts to earn money in a job quicker (by taking action from what they have learnt in the book) then £9.99 will turn out to be a real bargain!

Thanks again for taking the time to read and review the book.

Regards

Mike

I think social & business networking is quickly becoming more known by job seekers. I know it is something we encourage our clients to do.
