Combining business and pleasure

I had a call the other day from a chap who has created what I think must be a pretty unique business.  A surf school and recruiting training enterprise!
 
Ricky Martin (not THE Ricky Martin) has been a recruiter and trainer for 7 years and is a ex member of the Irish Surf Team.  Last year when he returned to Northern Ireland after five years working in Sydney he took over the Alive Surf School (the longest running surf school in the country). He made the obvious decision to amalgamate his two professions and create a "totally unique corporate experience".  He offers corporate days designed specifically for the recruitment sector. 
 
These corporate days are a morning of a business development workshop (not on the beach but instead at a local hotel) followed by lunch and then a surfing lesson.  The topics covered can include candidate management, advertising, business development and team work.
 
So you get training from an experienced recruiter followed by surf lessons from a pro all bundled into one.  What's not to like!
