The way it works is that they have a few speaker sessions and an open forum session. John O’Sullivan will be chairing it and Paul Jacobs and Ben Brett speaking (Paul is ex Office Angels & Adecco and Ben is ex Computer People, Best and James Harvard). They’ll also have a performance coach, employment law specialist and marketing consultant on hand.
There is other stuff I could mention which are the “benefits package” of joining (free workshops, recruitment software access and membership of APSCo) but really the reason to join is that you want to interact with other like minded recruiters, benefit from the network and grow your recruitment business.
Yes, Elite do advertise with us, but I honestly think this is worth a look at if you think the time is right to grow your business.
